Hi! We are Jacqui and David Broadhurst.
 
We have a passion for helping people find health and vitality once more and specialize in finding a realistic and manageable routine for our clients to follow that will help them achieve this.
 
Jacqui has a nursing background and has further interests in Clinical
Nutrition and Herbal Medicine. She loves nothing more that to figure out the puzzle that is making you feel more 'flat' than 'FABULOUS!'
 
David has a background in Professional Running and Boxing and has always maintained a high level of fitness and health focus. He has a unique way of making a small change in your daily routine add up to a massive benefit that changes your enjoyment of life.
 
Having said this, we are not 'fanatics' by any stretch of the imagination. We are simply practical, realisitic health promoters who love life and love seeing people learn to love life again too.
